The firm's fees are set at a competitive level without compromising the quality of service. A computer time charge system is operated for all fee earners irrespective of the ultimate fee basis to promote greater cost efficiency. Our out of town location creates significant efficiencies which benefit clients in terms of service and charges. An indicative fee schedule is available on request.

Our instructions vary from those that focus on one particular expertise to those which embrace several specialisms and this, particularly, is where we have a high level of expertise in pulling together different issues and advising on the best way forward.

We are closely conversant with many other property related disciplines including law, construction, design, highways, engineering and environmental and are equally comfortable in working as a team leader or as part of a team. We can offer clients guidance in the appointment of other professionals.
